Owning & Managing¶
- Mortgage — monthly payment deducted automatically; you build equity over time.
- Primary Home — set one property as your home to avoid paying annual rent.
- Rental — other properties can be rented to tenants for passive income. You choose which applicant to accept (higher offers can carry higher risk).
- Renovation — upgrades increase property value (card + "Build →" button per upgrade).
- Facilities — add pools, gyms, home cinemas, offices; "Build All" for bulk construction.
- House Staff — hire butlers, chefs, trainers, gardeners, pool attendants and more. Each is a real person with a portrait who appears in Relationships → Misc, and can pass away, leaving the post vacant.
- Home Insurance — insure a property from its management screen. Uninsured homes can be devastated by fire; an insured home only costs you the deductible.
- Market Cycles — property values fluctuate; booms and crashes happen periodically.
