Every corporate track has a promotion ladder. Salaries below are the base for each rank; Promote shows the minimum years and the performance threshold needed to advance. "Terminal" is the top of the ladder.
Reading the ladders
Benefits scale with rank — health tier (Basic → Full → Premium), 401k employer match, and signing bonuses. Higher salary tiers also require total work experience (2/5/8 years — see How Jobs Work).
Labour & Logistics¶
No educational requirements — a good entry point for building work experience. From age 18.
