Access via Work → Find a Job → Full-Time Jobs. Jobs are shuffled each visit. Government careers (Police, Fire, EMS) live behind a separate Government Careers button.

Eligibility Requirements¶
- Minimum age
- Education level (None / Community College / Ivy League / Graduate / Medical / Law)
- Smarts score threshold
- Fitness score threshold (police, fire, EMS, military roles)
- Specific licences: Driving, First Aid, or Diving
- Years of experience in a specific predecessor job title
- Clean criminal record (law, medicine, education, law enforcement, executive roles)
- Salary-based work-experience gates (see below)
Work-Experience Gates¶

How Promotion Works¶
Every hireable job has an internal promotion track. After meeting the minimum years and performance threshold at your current title, the game offers a promotion to the next rank automatically at year-end. Promotions happen in-game — you do not re-apply through the job menu.
Clean-Record Jobs¶
These roles require a clean criminal record (no unsealed or unexpunged convictions):
Attorney, Senior Attorney, Partner, Senior Partner, Managing Partner, Junior Attorney, Law Clerk, Paralegal, Senior Paralegal, Doctor, Senior Physician, Chief of Medicine, Medical Intern, Resident Doctor, Teacher, Senior Teacher, Department Head, Vice Principal, Principal, Investment Banker, Senior Investment Banker, Managing Director IB, Clinical Psychologist, Senior Psychologist, Executive, CEO, Director, and all Police ranks.

Seal or expunge convictions through Misc → Crime → Criminal History to unlock blocked careers.
